All orders are dispatched the same day from our warehouse (excluding weekends). Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, depending on the selected shipping option. Every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Yes, you can update your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your new address details. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, but you can track your order and arrange with the carrier for any redirection if needed.
